The Damien High School Service Outreach Club will be sponsoring the Spartan Football Christmas Toy Drive. Toys will be collected at the gate for the football game on Friday, November 2nd. Bring a toy and receive adult admission for $5! The toys are given in support of Sowing Seeds for Life, helping to benefit 1000+ under privileged local children.

These trees are guaranteed the freshest off the mountain. We will also be selling wreaths, swag, and garland. Every penny will go to help fund our programs of Christian service in the local community. Students have been given sales materials and should begin sales immdeiately. COVINA - Good things happen when a football team can hang onto the ball.
Damien High School had 16 turnovers in its last three games but was turnover-free Thursday as it knocked off South Hills 38-21 in a Sierra League contest at Covina District Field.
"What a difference a week makes," Spartans coach Greg Gano said. "From eight turnovers a week ago to none tonight except for a couple of onside kicks."
The Spartans (4-4, 1-2) scored on their first possession after taking the opening kickoff. They went 71 yards in 10 plays and scored on a 16-yard pass from Gage Pucci to Josh Savage with 8:32 left in the first quarter for a 7-0 lead.
The Spartans got the ball right back as Travion Boykins intercepted a pass at the Huskies' 30-yard line. They had to settle for a 21-yard field goal by Tristan Vizcaino for....
Dear Damien Families,
It is with great joy that we announce our plans to create a larger, more centrally located chapel on the Damien Campus. The purpose of this project is to meet the needs of an expanding Campus Ministry program. This year during Lent we had standing room only for Eucharistic Adoration in our existing chapel. Daily morning mass attendance is growing as well. We would like to have a chapel that would be able to facilitate an entire Theology class (approximately 50-60 seats). Though we realize that this is a good problem to have, we are asking for you to be a part of a plan to renovate an existing large classroom. While God deserves the best we have to offer we are trying to keep the costs as reasonable as possible. The renovation project would involve paint, carpet and new furnishings. We would like create a small bell tower to call the students to Mass each morning. The existing chapel has only about twelve seats without kneelers, the tabernacle is wooden and the altar is in slight disrepair.
